
Ken Homer - Founder and President
Ken founded Collaborative Conversations after a decade as a member of the core team that developed The World Café dialogue process. Certified as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West, Ken has spent over 20 years exploring how what we do in conversation commits us to action and produces results at work.
Ken works at the intersection of individual, team, and organizational learning to open up new vistas of thinking while finding practical steps for effective action. Ken’s Collaborative Conversations methodology details the stages and phases that any group will need to move through on their way to producing their desired results. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and consults internationally.

Bruce Honig – California
Bruce brings over 35 years in the field of Training, Facilitation and Organizational Development to his clients. Bruce focuses his practice on the development of organizational creativity and team collaboration.
Bruce has a B.A. in Educational Philosophy and a M.A. in Educational Psychology and Curriculum Design. He did research in the area of creative behavior and design at Farwest Laboratories for Educational Research and Development. Using a systems approach Bruce developed a theory and program for promoting creative action, which later became the basis for Ideaguides Bruce's consulting firm.


Julie Stuart – Georgia
Julie works with overwhelmed execs, divisive teams that don’t trust each other, stakeholders co-creating a new vision, and organizations that need an injection of strategy and inspiration fast. She regularly impresses clients with a blend of strategic and creative thinking that helps her clients think differently and get breakthrough results with real alignment.
Her business and strategy background comes directly out of politics where she worked on campaigns and legislation, aligning disparate stakeholders around a common purpose. She has a political science degree from Purdue University and is steeped in organizational development from many years of management and board leadership.

Marion Chapsal – France
Marion coaches leaders in executive presence, presentation skills, and gender-balanced leadership. Her clients know her as fun, caring and remarkably creative. One may even say she’s the Mary Poppins of executive coaching; turning work into play while delivering high-quality results.
For Women on Stage, she created the Heroine’s Journey. Marion has partnered with equine coach Evelyn McKelvie in Vancouver, B.C., and the two have designed unique leadership retreats for women executives to find their authentic voice, craft TED-like talks, and fully embody their presence on stage. Trained and certified by Pragmacoach and Mozaik International, she is a Master NLP coach. Trained in Speech and Drama at the Conservatoire d’Art Dramatique de Lyon. Marion's work is highly influenced by Brené Brown, Patsy Rodenburg, and the films of Pixar studios.


Etienne Collignon – France
Etienne’s passion is the art of learning together to humanize society. The Learning Person, Innovative Teaching, and Change Leadership are his three basic themes for research and coaching. Etienne headed up Learning, Innovation, and Organizational Development at the Solvay Group for 25 years.
A former President for SOL France, he is the Chairman and Founder of TeamFactory, a non profit organization which develops entrepreneurs. Etienne holds a Ph.D. in management sciences. Learn more about him at The Learning Person.
Antonio Lineares – Spain
A Partner at Evocalia Antonio brings a deep background of international experience in executive and team coaching, learning communities, and organizational learning and transformation to his work. He specializes in scenario development, shared vision, and producing business results.
In addition to his executive experience, he is an academic and an active member of the Society of Organizational Learning community, acting as a Board member of Global SoL. Antonio has carried out systems research and has published six books (in Spanish) which can be found here.
